/by Pam O'TooleBears Ice Cream sells Icelandic-style ‘soft serve’ ice cream in the tradition of co-owner Vera’s home country, where lots of different toppings are on offer and you can create your own flavour combinations.
Besides their soft serve, which is only available in store, they recently launched Bears Scoop Club, an online ordering service of ice creams tubs delivered to your home.
These ice creams are all freshly churned & designed by Vera's husband, Phil, a former head chef at the gastropub, the Anglesea Arms. They're made to order, using Jersey milk, or rice, oat and soy for their vegan selection.
