Want Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer’s help in finding your next home?

Channel 4’s Location, Location, Location programme is seeking west London house-hunters for the next series.

The popular programme, presented by Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer since it started in 2000, tries to find the perfect home for a different set of buyers each week.

It is casting specifically for buyers in west London for the new 2026 series and wants to hear from individuals, couples and families across west London who are ready to buy their next home – whether you are a first-time buyer, upsizing, downsizing or searching for your ‘forever’ home.

‘As part of Channel 4’s ongoing commitment to achieving greater inclusivity on screen, we strongly encourage candidates of all backgrounds and identities to apply’.

Even west Londoners!

Kirstie Allsopp is very familiar with west London and posts about it often in her social media.

She has a home in Notting Hill as well as one in Devon. She grew up in the country, but her family always had a flat in Knightsbridge and she has told journalists in the past: “west London was very exciting growing up”.

Last week when the A40 was closed in both directions for repair work she posted on X:

‘If you are going to close a major artery in & out of London, then it *might* help if you ensure that other roads in the area are not closed/restricted as well. West London is in gridlock at the moment, someone has effed up’.
