Pai’s mission is to help you achieve healthy and beautiful skin, especially if you have challenging or super-sensitive skin. They are led by the simple philosophy of using natural ingredients for better performance and healthier skin.

Founded by Chiswick resident, Sarah Brown, after her own struggle to find powerful skincare to suit her challenging skin, the entire range is certified COSMOS Organic or Natural, Vegan and Cruelty-Free – and independently patch-tested on sensitive skin for complete peace of mind.

Each and every product is proudly created and manufactured at its London HQ. Pai set-up its factory in South Acton in 2011. The award-winning range includes everything from cleansers and serums to boosters and glow drops; all carefully crafted with sensitive skin in mind. 

In 2020 Pai launched its Acton Spirit hand sanitizer and gave it away to frontline medical staff, care homes, schools, nurseries, supermarket workers and local businesses in West London.  It won the Outstanding Contribution award at the Sunday Times Style Beauty Awards.
