At their new 2,200 sq ft studio in Chiswick, The Proud Project W4 offers a wide selection of Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and yoga classes 7 days a week, from as early as 6:30am until 8:30pm, as well as private one-to-one sessions and physiotherapy to members.
