The Roebuck pub on Chiswick High Rd and their sister pub, the Steam Packet at Strand on the Green are looking forward to reopening (outside) on 12 April. Meanwhile they are re-engaging with their customers with an offer for Mother’s Day.

Mother’s Day treats from the Roebuck and Steam Packet
After closing our doors just before Christmas, we’re chomping at the bit to get open again and welcome everyone back. So, until the glorious 12th (April!) comes round and with Mother’s Day on the horizon, we just couldn’t face being closed for such a special day.
Our afternoon tea hamper makes the perfect Mother’s Day gift or just a tasty picnic to enjoy next to the river with your nearest and dearest. Our hamper includes a selection of freshly made sandwiches, sausage roll, quiche and for sweet treats, there’s a sultana scone with jam and clotted cream, glazed lemon tart, chocolate eclair and meringue nest with Chantilly cream and berries.
To order one of these delectable delights simply select the handier of our two pubs and follow through to their website to purchase your voucher. Orders will be available to collect between 12-4pm on 13 and 14 March. As we have limited afternoon tea hampers available, we’ll need your pre-order by Sunday 7 March, as when ‘scone it’scone’ (sorry, couldn’t resist that).

Continuing click & collect menu service
From 12 March we are also launching our weekend click and collect service. Our menu consists of some of our classics. For Mother’s Day and all future Sundays we’ll have a selection of roasts to tempt you with too.
We are all really excited to welcome you back and don’t forget we are now taking bookings for both pubs outside from 12 April and inside from 17 Ma. Please book through the website of your choosing.
We can’t wait to see you soon!
The Steam Packet is part of The Chiswick Calendar’s Club Card scheme.
