Open only at weekends until it closes completely

The e-bike shop Fully Charged in Chiswick High Rd is closing. The shop, which launched with such fanfare only a few months ago, has been open less and less and has now put up a sign on their website saying:

‘After careful consideration and evaluation of our operations, we have decided to close our popup in Chiswick to refocus our efforts on our flagship store in London Bridge.

‘We firmly believe it will allow us to enhance our services and provide you with an even better customer experience going forward.

‘Fully Charged Chiswick will continue to be open on Saturdays and Sundays for the coming months as we look to consolidate our efforts back towards London Bridge, our growing eCommerce website and our B2B proposition.’

Fully Charged opened at 147 Chiswick High Road in May, in the 5,000 sq/ft of retail space which had previously been occupied by Sofa Workshop and had remained empty for months before Fully Charged took the lease.

At the time of their launch the e-bike store said Fully Charged believed the timing of the store opening was perfect,  ‘with the development of the C9 Cycleway making cycling easier, safer, and more appealing on the roads of West Kensington, Hammersmith, Chiswick, and Brentford’.
