Join Faeeza Keshavjee every Monday in June to learn Tai Chi and Qigong.
Faezza from Chimoves will be teaching attendees the healing energy arts of Tai Chi and Qigong through some simple practices which will include movement, breathwork, mindfulness and energy awareness.
These gentle holistic exercises are often referred to as moving meditations.
Participants shall also practice still forms of Qigong, to cultivate standing meditation as a route to inner calm, health and wellbeing.
All the exercises will be gentle – suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
