The coffee morning takes place every Tuesday from 9am to 12pm in the ground-floor community area at Chiswick Health Centre, 4 Fishers Lane.

It’s free, open to people of all ages, and everyone is welcome. People can simply pop in for tea/coffee and a chat, speak with the Social Prescribing team, or meet visiting services offering information and support. There are no sales at the event.

At this relaxed, welcoming coffee morning, you can access friendly support, advice and guidance from the Social Prescribing Service while you enjoy your drink and biscuits.
