Preview: Wildhood, 10 June
In a rural east-coast trailer park, Link lives with his toxic father and younger half-brother Travis. When Link discovers his Mi’kmaw mother could still be alive, it lights a flame and they make a run for a better life. On the road, they meet Pasmay, a powwow dancer drawn to Link. As the boys journey across Mi’kma’ki, Link finds community, identity and love in the land where he belongs.
Swan Song + Director Q&A, 10 June
In SWAN SONG retired hair stylist Pat Pitsenbarger (legendary cult actor Udo Kier) escapes his nursing home to embark upon an odyssey across his small town to style the hair of his dead ‘frenemy’ for her funeral, confronting the ghosts of the past and rediscovering his sparkle along the way.

This special lesbian double bill celebrating Pride month sees two women in two very different time periods thrown into intense circumstances that test both body and soul!
Stud Life (10th Anniversary) + Short Film ,11 June
Campbell X’s acclaimed and award-winning London-set lesbian drama celebrates its 10th anniversary this year and this special Pride screening will see it screen with a short archival news piece that offers a fascinating look back at Black gay organising in the 1980’s.
The Crying Game (30th Anniversary) + Queerama Double Bill, 12 June
In this second PRIDE festival double bill we take you back in time: as we celebrate the 30th anniversary of Neil Jordan’s acclaimed 1992 thriller THE CRYING GAME and pair it with the short documentary QUEERAMA: a film crafted from a century of treasures from the BFI National Archive.
