As part of Tidefest SoGA will be running the annual street party on Thames Road between The Steam Packet and The Bell and Crown pubs.

It’s free to attend and fun for all the family. There are activity stalls: see if you can “Splat the Rat”, knock down all the tins with your bean bag, or bounce a ping pong ball into a jar. Children can get creative with art activities. The Tombola will have great prizes (including a signed Brentford FC Football shirt) to raise money for RIANA, a local charity.

The Brentford and Chiswick History Society will be there to tell you about the area. The two pubs will be serving delicious food and drink; there will be coffee from Dear Coco and Ice Cream from Non Solo Gelato.

Strand on the Green Association (SoGA) was formed in 1959. SoGA seeks to protect the unique character of Strand on the Green, working to improve the environment and preserve the character of this historic area for the benefit and enjoyment of all.
