The Ernest Read Symphony Orchestra (ERSO) is one of London’s leading and longest established amateur orchestras. This season’s finale will take place in an exciting new venue – St Peter’s Church at Acton Green – and will be a wonderful evening of music by one of the greatest Romantic composers, Johnannes Brahms.
The evening will showcase a talented young soloist, Izabela Stocka, the winner of their 2022 Soloist of the Year competition. Iza will perform the Brahms Violin Concerto, one of the greatest and most loved violin concertos. The evening will conclude with Brahms’ epic fourth symphony.
