The Upper Room Winter Lectures – Sir Stephen Waley-Cohen

The final lecture offers a revealing look into British theatre and the first 115 years of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Sir Stephen Waley-Cohen, Chairman of RADA, will be interviewed by the actor and RADA graduate Graham Seed.

Lectures are from 8pm until 9pm. Refreshments will be available from 7.40pm. The event is free but donations are welcome.

The Upper Room’s vision is to support and improve the lives of vulnerable
people in our community to make them more resilient and to help them make
positive life choices.
UR4Meals provides free evening meals and essential survival services to homeless and
disadvantaged people. We serve over 23,000 meals every year.
UR4Jobs is a multilingual employment service which helps people back into work.
UR4Driving is an award-winning project which teaches ex-offenders to drive in return for
80 hours of voluntary work. To date, more than 210 people have received a driving licence
and over half have progressed into work or training.
