The Wellbeing Course, a transformative in-person event dedicated to enhancing your overall wellness and happiness. This course offers a unique opportunity for you to prioritise your self-care and personal growth.
You’re welcome to come in any time from 7.15pm, grab a drink and chat for the optional taster session on 6 December 2023. The sessions start promptly at 7.30pm on Wednesday evenings.
Each session will look at practical things that increase health and happiness, a few being; incorporate moving more into your day, healthy tips to help you get to where you want to with your eating and effective steps to switch off the stress response and switch on relaxation.
