General Election 2024 – Hammersmith & Chiswick constituency hustings

Meet the candidates for the four main parties

Who will we be voting for in the General Election? Who are the candidates, and what do they stand for?

In the July General Election most people in Chiswick will be part of a new constituency – that of Hammersmith & Chiswick. The three wards that were part of Ruth Cadbury’s constituency of Brentford & Isleworth – Homefield, Riverside and Chiswick Gunnersbury – will now be in this new constituency.

Labour MP Andy Slaughter has represented the Hammersmith area since 2005. He will be fighting Hammersmith & Chiswick for Labour, against Hammersmith & Fulham councillor Andrew Dinsmore for the Conservatives, Eraj Rostaqi for the Liberal Democrats and Naranee Ruthra-Rajan for the Green Party.

Come and see what they have to say for themselves. What are the most important issues in this election and why do they think they deserve our vote?
