Harriet Benton launched Harriet’s kitchen during lockdown in March 2020 as a way of helping neighbours in Bedford Park. With more than forty years in the catering business, she has a well tried repertoire of delicious dishes, which her team will deliver to your door, with no charge in Chiswick, and with a 10% discount for Chiswick Calendar Club Card members.

Split pea & ham soup with shredded gammon & crusty roll £5.50

A classic British recipe, pea and ham soup, hearty comfort food made with the gammon stock of last week‘s dish enhanced with a bacon knuckle & garnished with sliced gammon.

Not quite Coquilles St Jacques, w/ baguette (GF available) £8.00

Back by request, this classic Gallic gratin, luxuriously bubbling with butter and cream, topped with buttered breadcrumbs but no potato.

Vietnamese salad S £12.00,  B £12.50, C £10.20

Always so popular, shredded cabbage, carrot, rice noodles herbs & nuac cham sauce.
Salmon, Beef or Chicken

Chili carne, Mexican green rice, sour cream, avocado & cheese £10.00

Mired in controversy over the addition of beans & tomatoes our version is standard, not too spicy, beans included, oregano & all the extras.

Lamb shoulder braised in white wine & anchovy, mashed potatoes £12.50

Spanish inspired dish of sweet Spanish onions, white wine & rolled shoulder braised for three hours with rosemary & anchovies dissolving into the sauce.

Chicken, leek & mushroom pie, potato fondant & buttered cabbage £11.00

Roast corn-fed chickens, creamy leeks & crimini mushrooms in a reduced stock gravy, shortcrust pastry & savoy cabbage.

Makhanawala with rice, kachumber & naan V £9.00 P £11.00

Originating from Northern India, a buttery sauce with cream gives this curry a silky smooth rich texture.
Vegetable: beans, carrots, peas, cauliflower & potatoes / Butter Prawn

Spanakopita, Greek salad w/ chickpeas £9.50
