Slow braised three-day lamb shank, gremolata & mash £12.60
Slow gentle cooking enhanced further by the citrus gremolata
Gammon with braised vegetables & parsley sauce £12.00
The gammon is gently braised in stock whilst the vegetables: savoy cabbage, leeks, carrots & celery are poached with morteau sausage & then all brought together with a parsley sauce
Roast chicken legs with sumac, za’atar & lemon, pita £11.10
Sumac, a crushed berry is sharp & acidic & Za’atar a blend of thyme, sesame & salt, addictive when mixed together with lemon. Served with yogurt, pita & a simple eastern salad
