Feltham man charged with four counts of attempted murder

A man who was arrested while trying to board a flight at Heathrow has been charged with attempted murder, after four pedestrians were injured in a hit and run in Hounslow.

Choudry Qamar Azad Razaq, from Feltham, appeared in custody at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (27 September) charged with four counts of attempted murder and driving whilst disqualified.

He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday 25 October.

Two people were critically injured in the incident, after a car collided with pedestrians in Kingsley Road on Sunday, 25 September. Two other people were treated for non life-threatening injuries.

Two other men have been arrested as part of the investigation. One man was arrested for perverting the course of justice has been bailed pending further enquiries. The other man was arrested for assisting an offender, he has been released under investigation.
