Reading Well For Mental Health

Reading Well promotes the benefits of reading for health and wellbeing. The programme has two strands: Books on Prescription and Mood-boosting Books.

Reading Well helps you understand your health and wellbeing using helpful reading available from public libraries. The scheme is endorsed by health professionals and people with mental health needs.

To find the books visit Chiswick Library, where you will be able to borrow most books for free. If the book is not available you can reserve it.
