If you were to design a coat of arms for Strand on the Green what would it be?

For the Platinum Jubilee on Sunday 5 June the Strand on the Green Association organised a party and ran photography, art, poetry and limerick competitions. The winners were announced and their work read out by one of our greatest actors, Dame Eileen Atkins, who happens to live on Strand on the Green.

Art competition Under 19 winners

Entrants to the art competition were asked to design a coat of arms for Strand on the Green. The organisers received so many talented entries from the children of Strand on the Green Junior School, they selected a winner from each year group.
