Temporary parking restrictions in Chiswick while street cleaning is carried out

The bad news – you will get a ticket if you don’t move your car. The good news – you can park in a neighbouring CPZ while your street is being cleaned

Hounslow Highways are carrying out five days of street cleaning in Chiswick from Monday 13 April, and temporary parking restrictions will be introduced on the roads where they are working.

Vehicles are prohibited from waiting and loading on both sides of the roads listed, between the hours of 7.00 am and 4.00 pm. Any vehicles parked in contravention of these restrictions may be removed under the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

LB Hounslow’s traffic department has told Chiswick councillors if residents face difficulties finding alternative parking while their road is being cleaned, the Parking Enforcement team has confirmed resident permit holders will be permitted to park within neighbouring CPZs for the duration of the cleansing works on their road.
