Grove Park closures to last until 21 October

LB Hounslow has warned of planned road closures on Grove Park Terrace over the coming weeks.

From 11.00pm on Wednesday, 19 October, vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding in the length of Grove Park Terrace between the north-eastern boundary of 60 Grove Park Terrace and the south-western boundary of 64 Grove Park Terrace between the hours of 11.00pm and 6.00am.

This is to allow for Network Rail to remove and install a conductor rail.

Traffic will be diverted via Fauconberg Road, Sutton Court Road, Grove Park Bridge, Grove Park Road, Hartington Road, Grove Park Road and the same in reverse.

The works are expected to be complete by 6.00am on 21 October, but the Order to close the road will remain in force for six months to allow for delays or remedial works. Vehicles connected with the works and emergency service vehicles are exempt.

The Council says access will be maintained as much as possible for residents, with accredited people on hand to permit access.
