Chiswick, get ready, this week the UK’s largest touring inflatable assault course arrives at Chiswick House & Gardens, and it’s your only chance to tackle it without leaving London.

Opening this Thursday, 31 July, and running through to Sunday, 3 August, Action Arena’s XXL inflatable obstacle course is ready to challenge your fitness, agility, and sense of adventure.

Picture 600 metres packed with towering inflatable walls, oversized slides, winding tunnels, and climbs that promise an exciting physical challenge. Whether you’re keen to boost your summer fitness or just looking for a fun family day out, the Action Arena course is set to deliver.

Suitable for adults and kids at least 1.2 metres tall, you’ll have a full hour to complete the course at your own pace.

There’s no competition, just plenty of opportunities to bounce, climb, and scramble your way through. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and trainers to fully enjoy the experience.

For younger adventurers aged two to seven, a separate mini-course offers a scaled-down version designed just for them, making this a perfect family outing for kids of all ages.

Spectators are welcome for free, so if you’d prefer to watch, you can cheer from the sidelines or relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Chiswick House’s beautiful gardens also make a great spot for a picnic, turning your visit into a full day out.

Tickets are available by timed entry to ensure everyone has ample space. Entry for the XXL course costs £13.50 per person, while the mini course is priced at £8.95.
