This season ReCollection will be exploring light in art. Sessions include a Light in the Landscape watercolour painting workshop, lightbox artwork inspired by Lionel de Rothschild’s Autochromes, dance, Wassail lantern making and creative writing. Join Gunnersbury for The ReCollection Café – a casual monthly session aimed at people living with dementia and their carers. Enjoy a cup of tea and a chat, make new friends and explore reminiscence handling objects with their friendly, specially trained volunteers. For visitors who use British Sign Language, these monthly walking tours led by Kew's specially trained tour guides offer an overview of the Gardens, its history and scientific work.
