Fireworks are back on the agenda, though not so much as they were pre-Covid.
Tickets are still available for the public display at Chiswick Business Park this Thursday (4 November). Numbers are limited this year so they are asking people to book tickets, but the event is free.
Usually there are fireworks displays in Ravenscourt Park and at Dukes Meadows Golf, Tennis and Ski but neither are holding fireworks events this year.
Chiswick Rugby Club is having a fireworks party on Saturday night. You don’t need to be a member to go but they ask you to donate £10 per person or £25 for a family to cover the cost of the fireworks.
Battersea Park is putting on a display, and you can travel from Chiswick to see it in style by boat. Chiswick Pier Trust’s annual fireworks cruise takes place on Sunday, leaving Chiswick Pier at 7.00 pm. Tuck in to Shepherd’s Pie or Vegetarian curry in the warm while watching the display.
There will also be fireworks at Richmond Athletics Club on Sunday, starting at 7.00 pm.
