Our next Jazz night was to have been this Thursday (19 March). Helen Theophanous singing the songs of Ella Fitzgerald.

We have decided to postpone it till Thursday 19 November, as our Christmas special. Anyone who has already booked tickets will have the option of a full refund or deferment till that date.

Jazz Mondays

The April session with the Jazz Mondays is also being postponed until later in the year.

Chiswick Through the Camera Lens

This year’s Chiswick Calendar photography exhibition at the Clayton hotel Chiswick, which was to have opened Monday 30 March and continued throughout April has also been postponed.

Public meeting on the Flower Market

As has the next public meeting on 31 March about plans for a flower market.

Weddings showcase

The weddings showcase which was to have taken part this weekend (21-22 March) at Chiswick House has been postponed.

Cherry Tree festival

The Cherry Tree festival in Staveley Rd has been cancelled. Fortunately nobody’s told the cherry trees.

Brentford FC 

Tonight’s home match (Tuesday 17 March) against West Bromwich Albion has been cancelled. No elite football will be played in England until at least 3 April.

Boat Race

The Boat Race has also been cancelled.

London Marathon

The London Marathon, which was to have taken place on 26 April has been postponed until Sunday 4 October.
