Yard Sale Pizza to open on Chiswick High Road this autumn

The delivery-led chain’s first Chiswick shop joins a busy year for pizza on the west London food scene

Yard Sale Pizza is opening a new shop at 88 Chiswick High Road this autumn, offering delivery, collection and a handful of seats for dine-in.

Delivery from the site will cover Chiswick, Gunnersbury and Hammersmith, along with parts of Acton, Barnes and Shepherds Bush, handled by Yard Sale’s own fleet of drivers and cyclists rather than through delivery apps, a model it’s run since starting in 2014.

The menu includes 12-inch and 18-inch pizzas such as the ‘Holy Pepperoni’ and the ‘TSB’, alongside rotating specials that have included collaborations with Dishoom, Ottolenghi and BAO.

It joins a busy year for pizza in Chiswick. Sonay Ali’s Doctor Dough opened its first permanent restaurant on Devonshire Road earlier this month, a few doors from Napoli on the Road, the pizzeria named Europe’s number one by the 50 Top Pizza awards for the third year running. Both are members of The Chiswick Calendar’s Club Card scheme.

Yard Sale Pizza was founded by three friends thirteen years ago and now has eighteen shops across London. It has also raised more than £100,000 for charities including Hackney Night Shelter and CALM, and fed more than 8,000 NHS staff for free during the pandemic through its NHS Pizza Fund.
